Credits are the currency you use to generate content on NOLGIA. Each generation consumes a number of credits based on the model and output type. Image generation typically costs 3–10 credits, video generation costs 75–200 credits per 5-second clip, and each NOLGIA Agent chat turn costs a flat 10 credits on the default brain.

Yes. Each agent chat turn costs a flat 10 credits on the default brain, which covers the agent's own reasoning and tool use for that turn. Premium brains bill a higher flat rate: 30 credits per turn for GLM 5.2 or 50 credits per turn for Kimi K3, switchable anytime from your agent's settings. Any images, video, or audio the agent generates for you bill separately at the normal model rates.

Yes: if a generation fails for a technical reason (a provider error, a timeout, an issue on our side), the credits held for it are automatically returned in full. The one exception is content policy: generations rejected for violating our content policy are not refunded, because the model provider has already processed the request by the time it is rejected.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

Generations will be blocked once your monthly credits are exhausted. You can purchase a one-time credit top-up from the billing dashboard without changing your plan.

Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credit top-ups (purchased separately) do not expire.

Every account starts with 350 free credits to try generations, no card required. Paid plans are billed immediately, and you can cancel anytime within your billing portal.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. No PayPal or crypto at this time.

API access via Personal Access Token (PAT) uses credits from a shared top-up pool and is not gated by subscription tier, so you can use the API even on Starter.
